Can my husband kick me and our baby out if we aren’t on the lease?
We live in employee housing from my husband’s job. I just want to know if he can legally make me
and our 9 month old baby leave.

So long as there is no formal separation agreement or a final decree of divorce in effect, then no matter who is or isn't on the lease, your home is considered to be the "joint marital residence". This means that you both have the rihht to occupy the premises.
