when i meet my landlord i paid him a deposit for an house he told me rent was 350 a month he knew the property was in very poor condition so he opted for me to make a payment once a week to pay off that months rent which he set at 80 90 90 90 that equals 350 which is that months rent now with some months with an extra week he shows up for another 80 for the next months rent he said he is suppose to pick rent up early is that legal

If the rent is $350 per month, it's $350 per month, no matter how it's collected. The landlord isn't entitled to any extra rent, for that "extra" week that happens once every three months. And I'm not a Tennessee lawyer, but I doubt that you ever have any legal obligation to pay your rent early.
