Can my roommate videotape me without my knowledge or consent?
My roommate has been acting very strange for the past 2 months, and a month And a half ago she set up a camera. it just hit me today that she’s been recording me. Where it’s facing, it could see me naked after showers, and has also been recording my daughter while she is with me. Is this illegal?

No. She can not tape you wiithout your consent. This is an invasion of your privacy and is a criminal act. First, you need to make sure that you have actually been taped. If you are sure that is what has happend, I would contact the police in your area and make them aware of the situation. Good luck to you.
