Can my sister who is under 21, accompany my parents?

I’m a US citizen and want to sponsor GC for my parents. I have a sister who is under 21 year. Can she come with my parents?

Your sister who is over the age of 18 years of old is deemed an adult in the United States and as such if she wishes to come to this country she will be required to have her own separate passport and approved United States visa to come to this country with your parents.

She cannot "piggyback" on the sponsorship that you wish to do for your parents because she is not a minor. I suggest that you consult with an immigration attorney to further assist you with your question.
