Is it legal for my friend to post pictures of his friend using illegal drugs? The picture was taken by my friend and is his property.

Under the laws of all states in this country the posting of a photograph of one using drugs where the person who is posting the photograph owns the item is allowed. The rationale is that the owner of the photograph is entitled to do what he or she wishes with the photograph, even posting it online.
