Can there be any more negotiating after 1 year after an auto accident if you sent all the info in before the year was up?
We were rear-ended. Got the info to them 3 days before the 1 year deadline in TN. We asked for 80k. They offered $500 each for 2 people. Now the deadline is past by almost 3 weeks. Wondering what to do?

TN has a one year statute of limitations for filing a lawsuit in a personal injury case.
Unfortunately, since the case was not settled, and no lawsuit was filed prior to the expiration of the one year statute of limitations, you have lost your rights forever in the matter.
