Can we get married if my fiancé’s divorce is not yet finalized?
My fiance is still legally married to his ex because she is pregnant with another man’s baby. Can we still get married before that divorce is finalized? We have been told that no one will take this case because she is pregnant.

Until your fiance's divorce is finalized, he is still a married man. So, no you cannot get married. Someone can only be married to 1 person at a time, at least legally.
