Can we keep the tax return that we received after our bankruptcy discharge?
My bankruptcy was discharged about 3 weeks ago and the trustee also filed a “Report of No Distribution and Removal” of the trustee from the case. We received a tax return today. Do we need to turn it over to the trustee?

if the trustee did not ask for the refund and has filed a no asset report then you should be Ok to keep it. ask your atty. I can not be absolutely sure about the answer unless I review your dcoket and court orders.
