Can you be terminated from your job due to domestic violence restraining order going into effect?
Let’s see I was employed. And at some point during my employment I was served with a domestic violence restraining order in which the court granted against me. Could my employer fire me due to my legal issue?

Yes, your employer can fire you for this. The fact is that unless you have a union agreement or employment contract, you are an "at will" worker. This means that you can be fired for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice. Bottom line, a company can set the conditions of the workplace much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination).
