Can you get married at the age of 14?

I am 14 and I want to marry someone who is over 18. Can we get married if my mom signs papers?

The statute reads that a female at the minimum age of 14 can marry with parental consent butconsent must be given during 30 day period immediately preceding the date of application for license.  Notice that the statute reads "parental" and I would speak with some one about whether or not both parents must consent or just one parent.
