There is no right to rescind (that is, change your mind and return the car and cancel the transaction and financing) a transaction like this--a vehicle purchase. The 3-day right to rescind in your state is limited to a few specific types of transactions, like home improvement contractors, health clubs, and dating services--but not vehicles. As soon as you enter the agreement, you are bound to it.
