Can I sell a customer’s computer due to non-payment?
If I have a customer come in for lets say a screen replacement and they never come to pay for it ,can I legally sell it to recover the cost of the screen?

No, I would not do that. The situation wold be considered a "bailment" and if you did anything legally to their possessions it would be considered "conversion" and you would be liable under the law. You can sue them for the funds and you can hold the proeprty until payment in full is received. Good luck.
