No, your employer cannot just reduse to pay you at al. However, they can withold your pay until the next regularly scheduled payday if your timesheet was submitted late. All employees must be compensated for all time worked. It's the law. If your boss fails to pay you, then you can sue for your moneyin small claims court, file a wage claim with your state's department of labor and/or consult directly with a local employment law attorney (such a consultation may be for free).
