If you cannot make your court ordered payments to your former wife due to a decrease in your income, you will need to file an amended income and expense statement with the court showing the decline seeking a reduction on the current ordered amount.
I suggest that if you cannot afford an attorney to assist you in your matter that you consult with the nearest legal aid office in your county of residence to get assistance in preparing and filing your amended income and expense statement.
