Collecting unemployment and later receiving TTD for the same period

I was denied TTD by my employer and his insurance for a work related injury. He laid me off and I collected unemployment insurance. Now I will probably get a lump sum settlement for my workers comp claim. Do I have to pay back Illinois Unemployment for what I collected during that time?

I am not entirely sure.  Check with the Illinois dept of labor and workers' comp division and perhaps check by inquiring with them without giving your specific information.
