What to do if I don’t want my wife to move out of state with our child before the divorce and custody hearing?
May be leaving my wife. I’d be moving out but don’t want her taking my son and moving out of state before I can file for divorce/custody.

You should file for divorce immediately. In Massachusetts, if divorce has been filed, a party cannot move out of state with the children unless the parties agree or the court approves the move.
