I’m looking to leave my work but I recently completed training and I believe they would want me to pay back the costs. I didn’t sign anything regarding this training nor were the costs listed anywhere. However, I did previously sign a repayment agreement for previous training that has now gone past the repayment dates listed. Where do I stand?

A prior agreement that has now expired would not affect the recent training. If there was no repayment agreement (either a new one or the old one--doublecheck it, to make sure it would not apply) which by its terms would require repayment, you do not need to repay: an employee only needs to repay training costs if he or she had agreed contractually to do so.
