Cases from U.S. District Court may be appealed to the Circuit Court of Appeals, depending on their geographic location. For example, cases from the U.S. District Court of Arizona are appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Federal cases in Kentucky are appealed to the Sixth Circuit.
