Divorce

My husband filed for divorce and submitted
something to the court that says he served me
and he did not. Now my deadline to file a
response has passed. What should I do?

If you "defaulted" under the rules for answering, file a motion to vacate the default and cite the reason that you were not properly served with the paperwork.  If not properly served then the court has no "jurisdiction" over you, meaning they can not rule on the suit.  Good luck.
