I am so sorry for the situation. Are you both here? Generally speaking if you meet the residency requirements in Ohio you can file for divorce. The practical parts of that remain the concern: serving him and having the court obtaining "jurisdiction" to allow them to divorce you. Then you need to see if divorcing here is an issue in your home country. In some countries it may not be recongized and you would be committing bigamy. Go and speak with a local lawyer. Good luck.
