If there is probable cause to think that you are there, they could get a warrant to search the home for you--a warrant can be issued for any location you are at, not merely your own home. Or they could certainly "stake out" your home and if they see you enter, or standing in a doorway or visible at a window, they could enter because seeing you would provide the basis for a warrantless search.
