Do I disclose charges that were withdrawn?

I am applying for my insurance license in a new state. The application clearly states you can omit any DUI/DWI and any traffic offenses. I was charged with false reports and possession of marijuana. Both of those charges were withdrawn. Do I still need to

disclose them on my application? I will be denied a license and thus my job if I answer

this question incorrectly.

It depends on what exactly you are asked to disclose. If you need to disclose only convictions or pleas, this is neither and does not need to be disclosed. If it asks for all charges ever filed against you, then since charges were initially filed, you would have to disclose them. You need to reference what specifically the application wants.
