I am so sorry for your loss and for the situation. If your Mother died "intestate" - without a Will - and no spouse or parents then all her children equally inherit her estate. If she died with a Will then the Will governs. Any probate proceeding is a public record filed in the county in which she resided at the time of her death. Good luck.
