Under the laws of all states in this country residential tenancies are given more protection than commercial tenancies. As to your question, just bevause you may have a home business at your rental does not allow you per se more time to vacate than what the landlord gave you beyond thirty (30) days.

If you want to try and get more time from the landlord, I suggest that you try.
