Do I have the right to request and view the vehicle GPS data reports for my company vehicle from my employer without an attorney?

They have recently removed the timeclock feature from our company network program and are strictly GPS. The GPS data does not match my daily routes and the GPS data is used for payroll now.

If the GPS system in the vehicle that you drive for work and your employer is now used for your pay and it does not match your daily routes, you are entitled to review the reports under the law since such reports directly pertain to what you earn. If your employer refuses to allow you to do the reviews, then you should consult with a labor attorney and/or a representative with the local department of labor about the situation.
