If a church owns my home, do I have to let the pastor in the house to take pictures of things he wants me to fix?
The pastor is taking legal action to have me removed. I am not a tenant, but a ” guest” since he is not a registered landlord and i don’t pay rent but I make monthly payments to cover the bills.

You are a month to month tenant under NJ law. The pastor is entitled to access with reasonable notice. The church has to comply with NJ's Anti eviction act to get you out. Call me to disscuss the matter further
