Do I have to sign final written warning regarding missing money?

I work for a large company and $100 went missing out of our petty cash which was in our safe. My 2 fellow managers are in question as they were the only 2 to handle cash. I did not touch money or open safe. As of today the money has not been recovered. They want to put whole management to on final written warning since I worked that day. Do I have to sign the final and if I don’t can I face consequences? If feel if I sign I am admitting to something I did not do.

You can be fired if you do  not sign the warning (or indeed, if you don't sign anything--such as a noncompetition agreement--which your company wants you to sign), unless you have an employment contract protecting your job in some way. That's because without an employment contract, you are an employee at will, and may be terminated--or suspended, demoted, or otherwise disciplined--at any time, for any reason.
