Do I need a new revocable trust?
Now residents of Florida but have a older Will
and revocable trust from Missouri. Do I need to
have one done in Florida? We are permanent

summer.

Trusts and Wills do not necessarily have to be re-done when you move from state to state. Each state will Honor that which was properly executed in the prior state. And if the laws conflict on a particular provision, the entire document is not struck down. That one provison, though, may be in jeopardy of being upheld. If the documents are older as you say, it may be a good time to have them reviewed to see if your wishes and the assets remian the same. But other than that, you should be good. Good luck.
