Do I need a written eviction notice frommy landlord?

I came to stay with my daughter for 2 weeks and tried to be put on her lease but because of bad credit I was denied. I have been here for 30 days.

Whether or not you as a "guest" can be evicted from your daughter's rental by her landlord depends upon what the written lease states assuming there is one between your daughter and her landlord. You and she need to read it carefully in the written lease controls the obligations owed to your daughter by the landlord and vice versa in the absence of conflicting state law.

There is the possibility that if you stay too long at your daughter's rental that she could be in violation of her lease and she could receive an eviction notice from her landlord.
