Do I need an expungement if I got a “first offender pardon”?

I was convicted of felony theft and forgery and served 5 years probation. I want to apply for a trucking job so do I still to have it expunged so the truck company won’t see anything?

The first offender pardon restored many of your rights.  This document is a public record of what happened on your criminal case and does not result in an automatic expunction of your criminal history.  You will have to take additional steps, like an expunction, if you don't want other people to see your criminal history.
