Yes they do. The innocent ex-spouse can be entitled to either a portion or all of the hidden assets. Additionally, since these assets were not disclosed during the divorce proceedings in financial statements, etc., the culpable ex-spouse can be charged with fraud and perjury, and face resulting fines and or jail time.
In such a situation, the first step for a wrongd ex-spouse is to consult directly with a local divorce attorney as to their rights/remedies.
