The law does not require employers to provide holiday pay, whether for state holidays, religious holidays, national holidays, etc. It is purely voluntary on the part of companies whether, when, and how much they will pay in holiday pay. Therefore, your company is not required to pay you holiday pay for Monday if it chooses not to.
