If your home was lost in a foreclosure where you are no longer on title to it, the escrow company handling the foreclosure that presumably recorded the trustee's deed is not required under the laws of all states in this country to send you any documentation with respect to the foreclosure. If you need information regarding it, you should go to your county recorder's office and pull the necessary recorded documents.
