Dog custody
I share custody of my two dogs with my ex wife. One week on one off. I am a 100 disabled Veteran and one of my service connected disability is Mood Disorder.A VA Psychologist deemed my dogs two to be my emotional support/companion dogs. I have a letter from the VA.I am moving out of this area and want to take the dogs with me full time. Do I have legal standing?????

No, you do not. That you may need emotional support dogs has no bearing on the custody agreement or order from the court. Your psychologist's determination would help you have a emotional support dog or dogs in, for example, an otherwise "no pets" apartment, but does not affect the already-determined custody of these two particular dogs.
