What is my right of entry into home in foreclosureafter the bank changed locks?

My investment property is under foreclosure and the bank changed the locks but the foreclosure hasn’t been completed. Am I able to enter the home to do repairs so that I can claim an insurance check that my mortgage company is holding?

If the home has not been foreclosed on yet--that is, the foreclosure has not been completed--then you are still the owner; you are the owner until title is transferred to the bank at the conclusion of a successful foreclosure action. The bank should not be able to change the locks and keep you out until then. You should be able to gain access to the home if you bring a legal action seeking a court order (injunction) granting you access.
