Felony Expungement

I was convicted of a felony in Montana, and my record was expunged after 18
months of probation. I am wondering what will show up on an employment
background check. I was arrested and fingerprinted for the charge, and then
released. I have proof from court record was expunged.

An expunged charge will NOT show up on an employment background check--at least not as part of an official court or government document. Once it's expunged, no one will see or find it absent very special circumstances and a court order (which is rarely given). If the crime, arrest, conviction, etc. made the news, it's not impossible it show up if the employer simply "Googles" you, however.
