CanI sue for an injury that happened almost 2 years ago?
I was a passenger in a vehicle driven by a drunk driver (she got out of the charges on a technicality but the hospital has her alcohol blood levels). I was cut out of the vehicle (I was hit directly) and hospitalized w neck and various other injuries. Since then, my neck and back have been progressively worse and Ive been seeing a chiropractor. What are my options? I did not sue initially because it was my best friend driving and I felt bad. 2 years later of suffering. I’m not feeling as bad about suing!

Speak to a lawyer *immediately*. Your question does not say which state you are in. Every state has its own
