If my administrator forced me to work for another affiliated company for 2 days but I said no and then he suddenly demoted me, is that legal?

Unless this action in some way violated the terms of an employment ocntract ro union agreemnt it is legal. The fact is that most work relationships are "at will" which means that a company can set the terms of employment much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination). Therefore, a worker can be demoted (or even terminated) for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice.

Yes, it is legal. Your employer--in this case the adminstrator--decides what your job is and can change or revise your duties at will. If the administrator decided you were to work for an affiliated company, that was your job; in refusing to do what you were directed, you could have been terminated for not obeying your manager's instructions--in a sense, he actually went light on you by demoting you, not terminating you.
