Foreclosure Notice (Act91)

I received an Act91 on May 9th and have been working with the mortgage company since 04/09 for a modification program. I am also in the process of a HEAMP application for homeowners assistance with the government. I have kept in touch with the mortgage company as to were I stand and they are still working on the modification and said it looks like the end of June or beginning of July as to when it will be finalize. Should I try to get half the mortgage to send even though I have two resolution in the works?

This happens quite a lot. Don't sit back.  Immediately file a complaint or inquiry through the Pennsylvania Department of Banking to help you facilitate communications with the mortgage company or servicer to help through this process.

Further, do you have bankruptcy counsel? If not, it may be worthwhile to at least speak to counsel.  Try www.attorneypages.com and check his or her record at the Pennsylvania State Bar.
