What happens to you from here is entirely up to your employer unless you have some protection under the terms of a union agreement or employment contract. Basically, absent some for of legally actionable discrimination, a company cans rtthe condtitons of the workolace much asit sees fit. This means that a worker can be disciplined, up to and including suspension/termination, for any reason or no reason at all.
