It appears, thank goodness, that you noticed the glass before consuming the beer and that you were not injured. Since you have no injury you have no grounds to pursue a personal injury lawsuit. You could, however, contact either the store where you bought the beer or Anheuser Busch about the incident. They will probably reimburse you for you purchase.
