Girlfriend was charged with shop0lifting under 10 dollars, she really didn’t knowingly take anything, she thought I paid for and I thought she did.
They want her to come in for questioning and she has trwaffic warrants there. She wants to have a lawyer present but we are on unemployment etc. What do we do.

You need to contact the public defender or legal aid. Don't speak to anyone without your attorney. For such a small amount he might be able to get them to drop the shoplifting charge and he/she will certainly need to handle the 2 outstanding warrants; the warrants are a more serious matter.
Remember you need to handle this but not without a lawyer.
