Giving out phone number

I am having an issue with an employee. She gave out the manager of my shops personal cell phone number to someone completely unrelated to our business for the purpose of having her harassed. Is this legal? Of course the employee had the managers number for work purposes only and had been instructed to never give out personal info to anybody other than another employee for the protection of others. Would this be grounds for termination?

Unless this worker has rights regarding their termination under an employment contract or union agreement, as an "at will" employer, you can fire them for any reason or no reason at all (with or without notice). The fact is that a company/business can set the conditons of the workplace much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination).
