Golfer Broken Window

A door window was broken by a golfer, I approached him, he admitted to it and he provided his email address. I sent him the invoice and ask to pay for some of it, he refused to pay at all. The repair was 427. What recourse do I have and what is the next step?

You can sue the golfer for negligence in small claims court. Your damages (monetary compensation you are seeking in your lawsuit) are the cost of repairs to your window. Upon prevailing in the case, you can also recover court costs which include the court filing fee and process server fee. A monetary judgment can be enforced with a wage garnishment.
