If out grandaughter is about to give birth, do we have rihts to be present?
We would like to be there for the birth. Father is still married. Grandaughter is still married. We have problems with father. He says we can’t see the baby and doesn’t want us there for the birth.

Under the laws of all states in this coutnry you as the grandparents have no legal right to be present when your granddaughter is giving birth to the great-grandchild.
If the parents do not wish you to be present, then you are required under the laws to respect their decision.
