Anyone can contest a divorce. The question is whether you live in an at fault state or no fault state for divorce. I believe your state gave you the option to choose which one you want -- no fault or covenant marriage.
Review your marriage documents. If you still don't know, contact the bureau of marriage licensing to find out.
