What to do if I work for a major hospital and we are interested in hiring a Saudi Citizen who is currently living and working in England?
He has a Tourist Visa in the US US but no a work visa. What does he need to do? Could we hire him and then he could get a work visa? What is the easiest way to hire him? Our legal staff told me that the job we are offering him is not eligible for them to sponsor him.

In order to qualify for a work visa in the US, the job would need to be a specialty occupation, meaning one that requires at least a bachelor's degree in the relevant field of study and the prospective worker must have at least that level of education.
