What to do if yesterday I was fired from my job and the manager refused to give me a reason?
I was given no verbal or written warning. I had been there 3.5 months.

The only real question is whether you had a written employment contract or not. If you did have a contract, you may only be fired in a way which does not violate the contract, so review the contract to see your rights. However, if you did not have a written contract, you were an employee at will, and could be fired at any time, for any reason, without prior warning or any explanation.
