What to do if a family member opened 2 credit cards in my name and ran up debt on them?

I’m a college student and it’s hard for me to get loans because of my credit. I found out a year ago that one of my family members has 2 credit cards in my name. I don’t want to send my family to jail but I can’t afford to pay off the credit cards either. What can be done about this?
