I am so sorry for your loss and for the situation as it now stands. Generally speaking yes, you can challenge a revocable trust in the same manner as you would challenge a Will as a beneficiary or heir at law. I would speak with an attorney that is familiar with this type of litigation and bring a copy of the trust document if you can. Good luck.
